Taco Tuesday is legitimately one of my favorite things ever. No one ever has to convince me to go out for a super fancy taco stand taco. Fortunately, there’s a taco stand literally around the corner from work that is TO DIE FOR that I get lunch at basically every Tuesday.

Last Tuesday Jeremy met me at work on my lunch break, and we went and got some killer tacos. Like, probably the best tacos I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of tacos.

One of the best things about living in NYC is that there are taco stands EVERYWHERE! Of course they’re all of varying quality and tastiness, but I can never go too far without finding a place to satisfy my constant taco cravings.

Basically, every day should be Taco Day. That’s all I’m saying. Carry on.
